What’s an Energy Exercise Class?
You’re comfortably seated, or if you prefer lying down. You’ll be guided through a series of energy exercises which begin to build a very different set of energetic muscles – those that create and generate more possibilities of how you would like your life, your body, your finances and your relationships to be. It’s not creative visualisation, it’s not using your mind or imagination. I use the tools of Access Consciousness, and my own take on meditation developed over the past 36 years.
